Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and manufacturing readiness

Drive disciplined handoff from project execution to production ownership

    Cross Functional Coordination (Matrixed Environment)

Act as the central execution “hub” across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Deployment, Development, Quality, and Fixture / Part Movement teams

Coordinate daily across technical and support organizations with shared resources

Resolve priority and resource conflicts through influence and data driven tradeoffs

    Resource, Risk & Procurement Management

Identify resource bottlenecks and negotiate solutions to protect project milestones

Track procurement timing and delivery of tooling, fixtures, and other critical purchased items

Proactively adjust schedules based on supplier push/pull to minimize impact to start up dates

    Communication & Governance

Facilitate regular project status and execution reviews

Provide clear, actionable updates to technical experts, manufacturing leaders, and stakeholders who will ultimately own the processes

Drive structured issue resolution and escalation as needed

    Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (general technical degree acceptable)

Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

    Desired Characteristics

    PMP certification strongly preferred

Strong influential leadership skills in a matrixed organization

Ability to manage complex interdependencies without direct budget or people authority

Comfortable operating in a fast paced shop floor environment

Highly organized, execution focused, and data driven

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; experience in Aerospace or Power Generation preferred.
