Project ManagerLead all aspects of project management on complex commercial construction projects exceeding $25M in value. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client communication. Partner closely with field leadership teams to ensure successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow management utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with Project Executives, Superintendents, design teams, and ownership groups to drive project success. Identify and proactively resolve project risks, schedule challenges, and budget concerns. Oversee change management, contract administration, and project financial performance. Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M or greater. Background in healthcare, senior living, education, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or other high-end commercial construction projects. Experience delivering highly customized, detail-oriented projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project financials. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with both office and field teams.
