Known for its relationship-driven approach and collaborative culture, the company consistently earns repeat business across multiple market sectors.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects valued at $25M+ from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and financial performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Lead project planning efforts and proactively address risks, challenges, and opportunities throughout the construction lifecycle. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication. Support projects within healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, and other high-end commercial markets. Report directly to the Project Executive. Work from a combination of project sites and office locations, depending on project assignment. Proven track record managing projects valued at $25M+. Experience delivering complex, high-end commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, hospitality, senior living, or multifamily projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills. Ability to work from project sites and office locations throughout Massachusetts or Connecticut.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with occupied renovations, additions, and ground-up construction projects. Healthcare or institutional construction experience.
