    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the execution of infrastructure and facility readiness projects required to support manufacturing ramp-up at the Port Richey site.
    • Manage the day-to-day coordination of contractors, facility support teams, engineering resources, and external utility/service providers.
    • Coordinate site infrastructure work related to electrical power, gases, water systems, cooling systems, backup power, facility layout changes, and production support utilities.
    • Support the installation, integration, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment required for product line scale-up.
    • Partner with the overall program lead to ensure the Port Richey site ramp aligns with the broader multi-site manufacturing expansion strategy.
    • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, open issues, risks, and critical path activities.
    • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project scope.

    Qualifications / Required Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
    • Experience leading complex projects, ideally involving facility build-outs or manufacturing scale-up.
    • Experience managing facility, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or industrial project execution.
    • Strong understanding of contractor coordination, field execution, schedule tracking, and issue resolution.
    • Experience working with facility utilities such as electrical power, process gases, water, cooling systems, HVAC, exhaust, or backup power systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning, startup, or production ramp-up is strongly preferred.

    Preferred

    • Background in advanced manufacturing, high-power/RF systems, or materials processing
    • Experience with capital equipment and facility expansion projects
    • PMP (or equivalent)
