What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all other related parties involved in projects.
- Work with superintendents and quality control staff to coordinate and effectively manage all reports, budgets, material schedules, work schedules, equipment purchases.
- Process changes order requests, and related project administrative documents.
- Generate effective and accurate submittals.
- Review and prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals.
- Professionally represent the company.
- Work out of Felix’s Phoenix office but frequent site visits are required.
Who You Are
All applicants must have a great attitude. Experience in the water/wastewater industry, industrial or heavy civil construction desired. Experience with electrical controls is a plus. Exposure to industrial electrical is required.
- College degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent years of experience in industrial electrical construction experience.
- Electrical experience in the Water/Wastewater market is strongly preferred.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to maximize efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of electrical design, installation and/procurement.
- Clean driving record.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic.
