Description

The Project Manager - Downtown Interiors will:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee procurement and management of resources and materials.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Downtown Interiors should have:

• Strong experience in construction project management within the property industry.
