Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial will:

  • Manage all phases of commercial building and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all documentation and permits are in place for each project phase.
  • Track project performance to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
