The organization combines entrepreneurial growth opportunities with a strong commitment to mentorship, quality, ethics, and work-life balance.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Project Manager:Lead projects as the primary Project Manager from start to finishDevelop, maintain, and manage project schedulesOversee project financial performance and budgetingGenerate, issue, negotiate, and manage change ordersCoordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teamsLead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetingsCreate meeting agendas and distribute meeting minutesTrack action items and drive accountability among stakeholdersManage project documentation through Procore and other construction platformsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standardsHandle multiple projects simultaneously across varying phases of constructionPartner closely with company leadership on project strategy and executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
