Project ManagerReporting to Regional Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial controls.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Oversee procurement activities, subcontract administration, and change order management.Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, and safety performance.Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring contract compliance and project documentation accuracy.Support multiple project sites as needed throughout the region.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
