Description
Qualified Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Lead industrial and manufacturing construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and forecasts
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery objectives
- Partner closely with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Provide regular reporting on project financials, progress, and key milestones
Profile
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial construction
- Proven experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, processing, distribution, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience managing projects valued from $10 million to $100 million+
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Job Offer
Project Manager package will include:
- Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
