Project Manager - Cold Storage & Light Industrial Construction

Work on highly technical cold storage and industrial developmentsRecognized GC within the Industrial space with strong client relations 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor. The Project Manager will report to senior leadership and lead the successful delivery of ground-up cold storage and light industrial construction projects.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
• Lead project teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget goals.
• Manage project reporting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up cold storage facilities.
• Strong background in light industrial construction, including warehouses, distribution centers, food processing, or temperature-controlled facilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
• Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
