Project Manager Civil Engineering

We’re seeking anexperienced Project Manager to overseecivil construction projects from start to finish—ensuring they aredelivered safely, on time, and on budget.This role requires strong leadership, communication, and cost managementskills, with the ability to coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internalteams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project delivery: safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project startup through closeout, including inspections and final payment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil construction.
• Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
• OSHA 10Certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Safety-first mindset with a results-driven approach.
