The Project Manager Business Analysis and Reporting, Revenue Pipeline, will be responsible for executing the analytical components of Delta''s roadmap for technology development while ensuring alignment between the commercial and financial goals and solutions. Revenue Pipeline Solutions Center (RPSC) is a key player on cross-divisional teams that deliver products, data/analytics and solutions that are part of Deltas strategic initiatives to provide value to our customers, team members, shareholders and the company. Deltas strategy is centered around dynamically manufacturing products (e.g., seats, bags, wifi, etc.) and services (e.g., enhancing refund automation, etc.) that improve customer and employee experience. Delta wants to sell with greater flexibility, control and consistency in any channel and accept new and emerging forms of payment (FOPs). This role supports Deltas vision of current and future products, bundles, amenities, and Deltas journey to consistently offer the most relevant products and services to customers, in their channel of choice. This role ensures our processes have solid analytical information that is timely, accurate, and complete for detailed analytics and reporting. This role is part of a team whos core objective is to deliver enhanced business analytics and reporting capabilities to improve customer satisfaction, choice, and flexibility which will drive increased revenue to Delta while maintaining the current high standards surrounding controls for financial reporting and data quality for analytics and reporting.
The Project Manager will actively work across business units to ensure development requests are well understood across the enterprise, gain cross-divisional consensus on priorities, ensure deliverables meet business needs and balance long term flexibility and speed to market. The Project Manager will work with Revenue Management, Commercial, Operational, Information Technology, and peer Revenue Accounting teams, to define, prioritize and support execution of initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and enhanced controls and data analytics.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Proficient with SQL and scripting languages like Python
Proficient building automated dashboards, reports, and analysis in Tableau, and other analytical BI tools (e.g. SAS, Hyperion Brio, TOAD, Cognos, Alteryx, AWS Quick Sight, etc.) based on business needs
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent number of years relevant work experience
Proven track record of performing complex data analysis with large data sets
Proven success in understanding and managing complex processes
Experience building decks and presentations that clearly articulate key messages
Ability to communicate clearly to business leaders and technical developers
A self-starter who exhibits curiosity and thinks creatively to help understand and identify solutions
Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision
Must have excellent coaching skills
Results oriented and capable of prioritizing work assignments and meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
