Project Manager

The Project Manager will be overseeing and supervising all aspects of multiple job sites, that will include residential remodeling, renovation and new construction projects. Must be tech-savvyto upload specs from customer, to a PM platform into spec binders for support team in office.

We are looking for a Project Manager in the Arlington, VA area. The Project Manager will be overseeing and supervising all aspects of multiple job sites, that will include residential remodeling, renovation and new construction projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Needs to be willing to estimate/run multiple jobs at same time
• Must be able to clearly communicate details between customer, architect/designer, and subs or own team
• Must be tech-savvyto upload specs from customer, to a PM platform into spec binders for support team in office
• Coordinate labor and materials in accordance with plans and construction schedule and timeline
• Ensure all sub-contractors have proper plans, drawings, instruction and supervision
• Obtain multiple quotes from sub-contractors and vendors as applicable
• Ensure materials are available and ordered timely in accordance with workflow and schedule
• Report any issues with or at jobsites & o verall performance and quality concerns at jobsites

Key Skillsets:

• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
• Five years related work experience and/or training desired, but not required
