Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Touche, WA.
  • Experience supporting day-to-day management of construction projects to meet budget, schedule, and safety goals.
  • Experience overseeing contractor and vendor construction activities on active worksites.
  • Project management experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing assigned projects to meet budget, schedule, and safety objectives.
  • Support and monitor contractor and vendor activities at the project site.
  • Assess productivity, schedule adherence, work quality, and safety performance.
  • Participate in walk-downs of planned work and verify completion against design requirements.
  • Review and support approval of contractor payment requests.
  • Verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, and resolve field issues.
  • Coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with scope control, budget oversight, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and scheduling.
