Summary
The Project Houseperson is responsible for but not limited to shampooing and extracting carpets as well as grout, window, and furniture cleaning. This person must have good communication and organization skills. Must be able to work independently and lift heavy items on a consistent basis.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the following cleaning machines:
Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, Wide Area Vacuum. Responsible for supporting special projects throughout the hotel, including floor cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and other maintenance-related tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
