Job Description

Assist Project Managers and field teams in coordinating all phases of commercial construction projects. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages. Support project scheduling, procurement activities, and subcontractor coordination efforts. Track project costs, budgets, and progress to help ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Participate in project meetings and communicate key updates to stakeholders. Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and project reporting initiatives. Utilize construction management technology to maintain accurate project records and documentation. Help drive projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining company standards. Support multiple projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or related role. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction documents, project coordination, and subcontractor management. Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, project logs, and construction documentation. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, architects, and consultants. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software. Desire to grow into a Project Manager position over time. Local Las Vegas market experience is preferred.
