We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Las Vegas market. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of construction, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Description
- Assist Project Managers and field teams in coordinating all phases of commercial construction projects
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages
- Support project scheduling, procurement activities, and subcontractor coordination efforts
- Track project costs, budgets, and progress to help ensure successful project execution
- Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Participate in project meetings and communicate key updates to stakeholders
- Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and project reporting initiatives
- Utilize construction management technology to maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Help drive projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining company standards
- Support multiple projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or related role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction documents, project coordination, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, project logs, and construction documentation
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, architects, and consultants
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager position over time
- Local Las Vegas market experience is preferred
