* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer

* Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required

* Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence

* A Type A personalityorganized, proactive, and driven to get things done

* Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations

* A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

* Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required

Project Engineer duties:

* Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution

* Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence

* Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+

* Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track

* Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
