Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning efforts, refining project charters and creating detailed work scopes
  • Develop and manage request for quote/bid documentation
  • Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and municipal authorities
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality control
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
