Description
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project operations
- Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages
- Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting
- Review plans and specifications to ensure project compliance
- Track procurement and material deliveries
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate records
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

A successful Project Engineer - Civil Construction should have:
- Experience with civil construction projects and processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of construction experience, internships included
- Experience with a heavy civil, sitework, utility, environmental, or self-perform contractor preferred
- Familiarity with union construction environments is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 USD.
