Description
Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Washington, DC Duration: 4 Months
Responsibilities:
Support preparation of the annual work plan proposal and budget authorization materials
Create, update, and maintain operational processes and work plans to support ongoing operations, special projects, and evolving business needs
Provide meeting support, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting summaries, and action-item tracking for follow-up
Develop and maintain content for internal SharePoint sites
Provide event management support for both virtual and in-person events
Provide speaking engagement and presentation support, including preparing PowerPoint slides and talking points
Manage administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, meeting logistics, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and procurement activities
Draft memos and other internal documents as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to the duties of the position
Knowledge of and interest in business operations or related areas
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, professional work products
Comfort working within a dynamic work environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and with colleagues at all levels of the organization
