Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator – Chemical Systems to support the planning, documentation, scheduling, procurement, and execution of semiconductor chemical-system projects.

This role will support chemical distribution systems, chemical delivery equipment, process piping, installation, testing, commissioning, and related facility infrastructure. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, technicians, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, procurement teams, and customers.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting technical or construction projects, and the ability to track multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with project planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, and deliverable lists.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Support chemical-system installation, testing, startup, commissioning, qualification, and turnover activities.
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and field teams.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, change requests, and project documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files, records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with requests for quotes, purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Track materials, equipment, tools, valves, fittings, instruments, and replacement parts.
  • Monitor delivery dates, material shortages, lead times, and procurement concerns.
  • Support field teams with drawings, work packages, schedules, documentation, and material information.
  • Participate in project meetings, field walkdowns, inspections, and progress reviews.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project-status reports.
  • Identify schedule risks, documentation gaps, and unresolved project concerns.
  • Follow up with responsible parties to ensure open items are completed.
  • Follow company safety requirements and site-specific procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • One or more years of project coordination, construction administration, engineering support, or operations-support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and changing priorities.
  • Ability to prepare accurate trackers, reports, meeting minutes, and project records.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, chemical systems, construction, manufacturing, cleanroom, or industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting process piping, chemical delivery, gas, water, mechanical, or facility systems.
  • Experience with procurement, material tracking, RFIs, submittals, schedules, or document control.
  • Familiarity with P&IDs, construction drawings, equipment layouts, or technical specifications.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project tools.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus but are not required.

Work Environment

This role supports active semiconductor, industrial, construction, cleanroom, office, and field environments. The position may require attending field meetings, walking active project areas, reviewing project progress, and working near chemical-system equipment.
