Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will support project management activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of financial recovery tracking
- Ability to generate and interpret reports
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform other duties assigned by the project manager orderly and efficiently
