Project Coordinator, Oklahoma & Rockies Division (BLM Title / Pooling Orders) | Oklahoma City, OK Headquarters (Hybrid)

Dudley Land Company is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Oklahoma City headquarters and Rockies division, the kind of behind-the-scenes leadership that keeps BLM title work, pooling order filings, and federal/state land projects organized and moving.

You'll coordinate across Land, Staffing, and Utilities projects with a focus on our Oklahoma and Rockies operations, tracking BLM title curative, lease and unit records, and pooling order filings with state agencies like the COGCC and WOGCC, while serving as the HQ point of contact between Rockies field teams, leadership, and clients. Requirements

• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Crew Chief, or similar leadership/coordination role in the land business
• RL, RPL, or CPL credential (AAPL)
• Familiarity with BLM (Bureau of Land Management) title requirements, federal lands leasing, and state pooling order processes (e.g., COGCC, WOGCC, or similar Oklahoma & Rockies-jurisdiction agencies)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Strong computer/Excel skills and clear written communication

Preferences (Nice to Have)

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience coordinating federal lands, BLM, or pooling/unitization projects in Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, or other Rockies basins
