Project Coordinator

Description

PSD is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Project Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting large-scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.

The Project Coordinator must be able to manage multiple simultaneous responsibilities in a rapidly changing environment and adapt quickly to operational challenges, subcontractor issues, and market conditions. This position requires excellent organizational and people skills. Experience working with trade organizations, contractors, and union organizations is desired.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative, technical, or program coordination roles.
• Must be located in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Desired

• Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with energy efficiency programs, utilities, or building systems.
• Familiarity with energy savings calculations, project specifications, or technical submittals.
