We are seeking a detail oriented Project Coordinator to support high volume energy efficiency and demand response programs. This role focuses on program administration, rebate processing, data validation, and operational support across multiple initiatives.
You will work in a fast paced, metrics driven environment, managing large volumes of applications and supporting program accuracy and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for early career professionals interested in utilities, sustainability, or energy programs.
Responsibilities
Process high volume rebate applications and work orders with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Validate customer eligibility, equipment requirements, and incentive amounts
Review applications submitted via digital systems, PDFs, and physical documentation
Manage and prioritize workload from shared system queues
Track progress using dashboards and meet performance metrics and quotas
Collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to resolve issues
Support both residential and commercial program workflows as needed
Assist with project tracking, documentation, and reporting activities
Prepare status reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders
Maintain organized documentation and data records
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
1 3 years of experience in a high volume operational or administrative environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large amounts of data
Experience with data entry, program processing, or operational workflows
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self driven with strong accountability and work ethic (especially in remote settings)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or similar systems
Background in utility programs, rebates, or regulated environments
Familiarity with Excel functions and data analysis
Experience working with PDFs, document processing, or scanning tools
Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or utility operations
