Industrial Roofing Company (IRC) is looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Coordinator / Assistant to the Project Manager to join our project management team.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day simply scheduling meetings and pushing paperwork. You'll work directly with Project Managers, field teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to help keep commercial construction projects organized, moving, and successful.

What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be an important part of the team responsible for taking projects from award through completion. Your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting Project Managers with multiple active commercial roofing and construction projects

· Coordinating project documentation, schedules, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout requirements

· Communicating with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal departments

· Tracking project deadlines and following up to make sure critical items don't fall through the cracks

· Assisting with material procurement and project logistics

· Maintaining accurate project files and documentation

· Helping identify and resolve project issues before they become bigger problems

· Supporting the financial and administrative side of projects

· Learning the operational and technical aspects of commercial roofing and construction

Construction or project coordination experience is helpful, but commercial roofing experience is not required.
