Description
Location: Westbrook, ME Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Receive materials as they arrive at the warehouse; verify packing slips against contents.
Enter receipts into Oracle software and update install projects in proprietary systems.
Stage materials on shelves by install job using printed Move Orders.
Transfer materials from warehouse to technicians’ trucks and record transfers in Oracle.
Perform cycle counts on warehouse sub-inventories; enter data into Oracle for approvals.
Conduct manual physical inventories as needed.
Enter material orders through Oracle SAP.
Communicate with departments via email.
Review and correct Order/Receiving reports for inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors regarding material order status.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills in planning, inventory control, analysis, and numerical operations.
Forklift handling preferred.
Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience desirable.
In absence of education requirements, 2 years of materials experience may be substituted.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
