About the RolePelican Cabinets & Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our remodeling and cabinetry projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential remodeling and cabinetry projects from start to finish.
• Schedule installations and communicate with customers, vendors, and installers.
• Track project timelines, materials, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and job records.
• Assist with estimating, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Previous project coordination, construction, or remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
