    Northwest Houston | $50,000–$60,000 | Direct Hire

    A growing company in the vehicle technology industry is looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from the time they are handed off by sales through final completion.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working directly with customers, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.

    What You'll Do
    • Coordinate multiple customer projects and field installations at various locations
    • Manage schedules, timelines, project documentation, budgets, and deliverables
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
    • Coordinate internal teams, field resources, vendors, and subcontractors
    • Track project progress and quickly address scheduling, scope, or service issues
    • Lead project kickoff meetings and keep all parties informed throughout implementation
    • Coordinate warranty and service needs with sales, engineering, and operations
    • Support larger proposals and customer presentations as needed

    What You MUST Have

    • 3+ years of project coordination/project management experience involving field service, onsite installations, subcontractors, or similar project-based operations
    • Experience managing multiple active projects, schedules, deadlines, and customer expectations simultaneously
    • Strong customer-facing experience and professional communication skills
    • Experience coordinating internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and/or subcontractors
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management software

    Nice to Have
    • Experience with cameras, computers, wireless technology, electronic systems, or other technical products
    • Bachelor's degree
    • PMP certification
