Job Description

The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will:

Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
Maintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
Support procurement processes and materials tracking
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Help facilitate communication between field teams and office staff

The Successful Applicant

The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will have:

1-3+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with construction documentation and project workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams
