This is an entry level position looking for someone with 0-2 years of experience.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support the construction team in tracking project progress and addressing challenges.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates for project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Provide administrative support to the construction team as needed.
• Facilitate smooth communication between contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

• 0-2 years of experience
• A background in construction project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
