Thereafter, the anticipated schedule is at least two onsite days per week with up to three telework days, subject to Government direction. USCP may require up to five onsite days per week. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze and document business and project requirements.Develop or refine user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting project documentation.Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.Coordinate user acceptance testing and track results, actions, risks and issues.Maintain project materials, meeting notes, action logs, schedules and stakeholder updates.Use collaboration/documentation platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or comparable tools.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of administrative, coordination, business-analysis, or project-support experience.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and produce accurate customer-ready documentation.Experience supporting requirements, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination.Preferred QualificationsBusiness analysis or Agile certification.Federal IT/PMO experience.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint.Employment NoteThis position is contingent upon contract award and final Government approval/requirements.
