Project Coordinator/Assistant

Job Summary

The professional will report to the Community Engagement Manager and assist with coordinating meetings, supporting project and program activities, and organizing documentation, analytics, and deliverables for the Community Engagement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders as guided by the Community Engagement Manager.

• Maintain organized schedules of meetings, events, and activities supporting access media operations.

• Maintain an archive of selected documents, analytics, and deliverables related to access media operations.

• Support the project and program activities of the Community Engagement Team.

• Assist with social media and other outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite and remotely.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize work, manage multiple assignments, and maintain attention to detail and flexibility.

• Knowledge of business etiquette.

• Familiarity with collecting, managing, and presenting analytical data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Deliverables

• Performance measures from access media operations.

• Social media statistics.

• Performance metrics of the Community Engagement Team.

• An organized archive of deliverables from selected vendors and contractors of the client.

Reporting Structure

Contract staff will work alongside client staff to support the objectives of the Community Engagement Team and report directly to the Community Engagement Manager.
