Description

Payrate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The primary function of the Project Coordinator is to support Project Managers and project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role helps ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule, and customers receive a positive overall experience. The Project Coordinator assists with project tracking, documentation, scheduling, logistics coordination, and administrative support functions.
 
Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and project teams with day-to-day project coordination activities.
  • Establish and coordinate project team activities to support successful project execution.
  • Track and assist with critical project milestones to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, project activities, deliveries, and service appointments.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to prepare, package, and ship parts, equipment, and project materials.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to project stakeholders as needed.
  • Take and maintain shipment photos for documentation, tracking, and quality assurance purposes.
  • Maintain accurate project, shipping, and inventory records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding project and shipment status.
  • Ensure project information and documentation remain organized, accurate, and confidential.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • No degree required; however, a 2-year degree equates to 4 years of experience, and a high school diploma equates to 6 years of experience.
  • Comparable roles include Project Coordinator or Assistant PM.
 
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
