Project Coordinator Description
Duties & Requirements:
- Support Project Managers with capital construction projects
- Track project budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial reporting
- Assist with budget forecasting, cost analysis, and project controls
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, and drawings
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project costs and help identify budget variances
- Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and up to date
- Previous Project Coordinator experience is required
- Experience supporting capital construction projects is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Construction or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
