Project Controls Manager | Business Improvement Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a Project Controls Manager (Business Improvement Manager ) to drive efficiency and innovation across our construction management projects in North America. In this role, you'll optimize processes, lead lean initiatives, and enhance project controls ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery for corporate offices, refineries, and other key sites. What You'll Do:

• Analyze & Improve Evaluate business processes to boost productivity, cut costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Train & Mentor Develop and deliver operations training while coaching teams on lean methodologies.
• Oversee Project Controls Monitor cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project performance.
• Lead Change Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement engineered labor standards.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work with operations managers to embed best practices across sites.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in Project Controls or Construction Management (with 3+ years in leadership).
• Strong background in cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project administration.
• Experience training teams in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results.
