Position: Project & Contract Finance Specialist

Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (On-site)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary plus bonus

The Project & Contract Finance Specialist's Responsibilities

review construction project contracts to ensure adherence to billing terms and compliance requirements.
Maintain project database.
reconcile project costs and billings to the general ledger.
monitor and pursue aging receivables.
serve as liaison between the finance team and project managers.

Qualifications of the Project Finance Specialist:

3+ years' construction AIA billing and contract administration experience.
experience with construction ERP systems
previous involvement in ERP implementation and business process improvement initiatives
