Description

Our client, a Digital Infrastructure Company, is looking for a Project and Program Manager for their Dallas, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day Community Engagement program activities and workstreams. 
  • Maintain program trackers, action plans, timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and follow-ups. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC. 
  • Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders. 
  • Collect and consolidate information from multiple teams for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), leadership reviews, and governance meetings. 
  • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, leadership communications, reports, and meeting materials. 
  • Support implementation and adoption of the Community & Regulatory Risk Assessment Tool. 
  • Coordinate training, office hours, user support, and stakeholder communication related to the tool. 
  • Track tool adoption, completion rates, feedback, and implementation progress. 
  • Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process and tool improvements. 
  • Track budgets, spending, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. 
  • Maintain accurate reporting and audit-ready documentation. 
  • Monitor progress against annual goals, deliverables, and key milestones. 
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project, program, or operations management experience. 
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, and dependencies. 
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and experience creating executive-level presentations. 
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis. 
  • Experience maintaining project/program trackers and reporting dashboards. 
  • Experience coordinating meetings, governance forums, and leadership reviews. 
  • Experience tracking budgets, spend, commitments, or forecasts. 
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and preferably Copilot. 
  • Experience in sustainability, community engagement, public affairs, corporate affairs, regulatory affairs, infrastructure, real estate, or data centers. 
  • Experience with risk management or risk assessment programs. 
  • Experience implementing or rolling out a new technology/tool or process. 
  • Change management and user adoption experience. 
  • Experience with training, stakeholder enablement, and office hours. 
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. 
  • FP&A, budget management, financial reporting, or forecasting experience. 
  • Experience with due diligence or stage-gate approval processes. 
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 5+ years of relevant project, program, or operations management experience. 
  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional, matrixed environment. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Experience preparing executive communications and leadership presentations
