Metropolitan Companies is looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team! The Project Administrator is a multi-faceted position that will provide administrative support to the Project Managers for multifamily apartment projects as part of our Haverford Square by Metropolitan division. The person in this role oversees a wide array of administrative tasks that help ensure a project moves forward in a timely, organized, and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Maintain project directory and distribution lists, communicate with trade partners
Prepare subcontracts and work orders; request lien waivers
Assist with project budget maintenance
Enter and review trade partner invoices with Project Manager guidance and sync with ERP when required
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for billing and lien waivers.
Assist Project Manager with processing RFI submittals and COs as directed by Project Manager through Procore.
Assist with submittal process and workflows
Schedule and prepare for meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes.
Maintain drawing log and distribute drawings
Assist in maintaining weekly schedule distribution for the projects as directed by the Project Manager
Perform other duties as assigned and required
