A bit about us:

Our client is a privately held, veteran owned general contractor with more than a decade of experience. It holds general engineering, general building, and mechanical licenses and self performs civil, site, and HVAC work. Its clients include federal agencies, public sector owners, healthcare systems, schools, and private developers.

The project teams are lean, which means the administrative function carries real weight. The people who keep paperwork, subcontractors, and deadlines organized are what let the field and project management focus on building. Leadership is hands on and values dependable people who take ownership.

Why join us?

A role that matters. On a small team, your organization and follow through directly affect schedule, cash flow, and compliance.

Broad exposure. You will see federal, public, healthcare, and private projects, with the contract and documentation demands that come with each.

A path to grow. Strong administrators can move toward project engineer, assistant project manager, or contract administration roles.

Leaders who are close to the work. Management is accessible and invests in the people around them.

A culture of safety and service. Every department shares the same standards for quality, integrity, and respect.
