    Overview

    Our client, a well-established provider of office equipment and facility solutions is seeking a Project Administrator to support project managers across multiple active installations. This on-site role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward efficiently.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners in a fast-paced project environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide on-site administrative support to Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects
    • Prepare, track, and maintain project documentation, schedules, and files
    • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
    • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and project closeout materials
    • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to support on-time completion
    • Perform data entry and reporting within project management systems
    • Help ensure projects follow internal processes and documentation standards


    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or administrative support
    • Experience supporting construction, facilities, manufacturing, or equipment-based projects preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software experience a plus
    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
