If you have strong construction accounting experience and can confidently handle billing, WIP, and project financials, this could be a great next step.ResponsibilitiesManage project accounting for multiple construction jobs, including budgets, job costs, and financial tracking.Prepare and process billing (progress, time and materials, and AIA), including AR and collections support.Monitor and maintain WIP schedules, percent complete, and budget-to-actual reporting.Review and reconcile subcontractor costs, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and change orders.Support month‑end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate project financials and forecasting.Qualifications3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably within construction or a related industry.Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, percent complete accounting, and construction billing.Advanced or strong intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).Experience with construction or project‑based ERP systems.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
