General DescriptionOversight of staff casework and residents in the Apartment Treatment Program. Facilitates the care and coordination of treatment and ensures quality of care is provided to residents in accordance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures. Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee staff casework and resident services, ensuring care aligns with agency philosophy, policies, procedures, and quality standards.Coordinate resident intake, admissions, placements, transfers, discharges, assessments, service plans, behavioral agreements, and treatment team meetings.Ensure residents receive appropriate medical, psychiatric, medication-management, counseling, case-management, crisis, vocational, educational, social, and recreational supports.Supervise program staff through hiring support, regular supervision, performance evaluations, training, staff meetings, scheduling, and apartment coverage.Maintain accurate, timely, confidential, and compliant resident and program records, including Medicaid billing, audits, fiscal documentation, petty cash, and allowances.Manage daily program operations, including apartment inspections and repairs, safety procedures, transportation, purchasing, supplies, lease matters, and coordination with internal and external partners.Provide on-call response to medical, psychiatric, and program emergencies; communicate concerns to leadership and treatment teams; and perform other assigned duties.
