The incumbent will operate under the supervision of the Mental Health Service Administrative Officer and MH RRTP Program Manager. To ensure the development of proper skills and knowledge, the incumbent receives detailed instructions for new, complex, or unique assignments, with the AO or Program Manager readily available for guidance. Routine assignments are completed under general instructions, allowing some latitude for independent action within defined parameters. Work at this level is closely monitored and reviewed for accuracy, compliance with instructions, and adherence to established procedures. The incumbent receives regular feedback and frequent progress reviews to ensure satisfactory development of necessary skills and competencies.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
