Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Large-scale IT modernization or enterprise system implementation experience
• Government technology modernization experience
• Experience with Unemployment Insurance (UI), Workforce Systems, or Human Services programs
• Multi-vendor delivery and state governance framework experience
• Agile, Hybrid, or Iterative delivery methodologies
• System Testing, Data Migration, and Implementation Readiness expertise
• Cloud-based or Enterprise Platform implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Active PMP / PMI-ACP Certification (Mandatory)
