Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in El Segundo, CA!

The ideal candidate will support the execution of a complex, cross-functional transformation program. This individual will work closely with the program leader and serve as a central coordination point across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Program Management & Execution
  • Manage and support overall program operating cadence across workstreams and stakeholders. Maintain an integrated view of milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Drive follow-through on actions and commitments, proactively escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Identify cross-workstream dependencies, execution gaps, and emerging risks before they impact delivery.
  • Support program planning, prioritization, sequencing, and ongoing execution.
Executive Communications & Content
  • Own the planning and development of program communications and executive-level materials, including leadership updates, steering committee materials, status reports, meeting materials, and decision documents.
  • Translate complex workstream inputs into concise, structured, decision-oriented content.
  • Develop clear narratives that communicate progress, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and required leadership actions.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders while maintaining consistency and quality across program materials.
Actions, Risks & Decision Management
  • Maintain rigorous tracking of actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and resolution paths for outstanding items.
  • Proactively follow up with owners and drive items through closure rather than simply documenting status.
  • Surface emerging risks and recommend appropriate escalation or mitigation.
Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate effectively across senior leaders, workstream owners, functional teams, and other program stakeholders.
  • Prepare stakeholders for key meetings and decisions and ensure appropriate follow-through.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, areas of misalignment, and potential execution barriers.
  • Help maintain alignment across teams with different objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Change Management
  • Support development and execution of the program's change management approach. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
  • Help translate program changes into clear implications for impacted teams and stakeholders. Track change readiness and adoption risks and ensure they are incorporated into the broader program plan.
Workstream Coordination & Project Support
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and maintain an integrated program-level view.
  • Support workstream leads with planning, problem solving, deliverable development, and issue resolution as required.
  • Facilitate key program and workstream meetings, ensuring discussions result in clear decisions and actions.
  • Step into priority areas where additional structure, analysis, or execution support is required.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, consulting, strategy execution, or a similar role supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple senior stakeholders and interdependent workstreams. Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort interacting with senior executives.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including demonstrated ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and leadership materials.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly and communicate the implications clearly.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented working style; able to identify what needs to happen and drive it without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and multiple concurrent demands.
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, private equity, or large-scale enterprise transformation is a plus.
