    About the Team The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team s mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

    Responsibilities

    • Create best practices and procedures for livestream ecosystem team
    • Manage key initiatives within the team to complete on time
    • Leverage data to drive priorities and projects
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc., to ensure smooth progress of projects
    • Coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders
    • Facilitate communication across multiple teams and leadership Minimum Qualification(s):
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, policy, trust & safety, content quality, moderation, or ecosystem analysis.
    • Experience working in content, creator, platform integrity, trust & safety, monetization, or related ecosystem-facing environments.
    • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize case-level observations into broader ecosystem insights and recommendations.
    • Experience using data and operational signals to identify trends, investigate root causes, and support decision-making.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualification(s):

    • Experience working on UGC, creator, livestreaming, content, or monetization products.
    • Familiarity with content ecosystems, moderation environments, or policy enforcement frameworks.
    • Experience building reporting, review, or quality mechanisms to improve operational performance.
    • Comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytical tools to support decision-making and execution.
