Program Manager Specialist

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded individual to support the design, implementation, and optimization of processes for a large-scale program. The ideal candidate will enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division through exceptional organizational skills and innovative process development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• True business-focused program manager with 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present effectively to leadership
• Highly organized, able to develop and execute processes
• Experience in a large-scale program or project environment preferred
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in process management tools and software
• Experience with continuous improvement strategies
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes
• Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design
• Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution
• Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization
